TSTT has a strong presence in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region, partnering with Fallsburg Central School District in Sullivan County. In June 2025, we expanded our vision through a new partnership with SUNY Sullivan as part of the TSTT Community College Partnership Initiative—a model that helps culturally diverse and economically challenged students become college graduates and certified teachers.

Through this initiative, students graduate high school, enroll in a community college education program, and earn both Teacher Assistant Certification and an Associate’s Degree in Education. TSTT then supports their transfer to a four-year college within our network to complete a bachelor’s degree, while also providing job placement as teacher assistants and, ultimately, certified teachers.

Beyond academics, our partnerships provide wraparound support—academic coaching, career guidance, job readiness training, networking, and professional development—ensuring students are prepared to succeed and districts benefit from a pipeline of high-quality, diverse educators.
